People have been pulled over before simply because their license plate was registered in a different city. If you live in a nice area and your dad for say lived in the hood they automatically assume you are in the area for an ill reason, As if that gives them the right to pull you over.

I find that in these videos , the cops tend to have mistaken suspicion of a crime and someone being suspicious. Those are two different things. They conflate the two and use them interchangeably.
