  1. Yea she threw the book, but it was more like a paperback coloring book. 18mo for this seems absurd, but is a pretty consistent sentencing in all states so I guess I just don’t get it, seems like if your negligence or recklessness causes someone to die that should be pretty serious, more serious than many other things that have longer sentences. I suppose the lack of malice or intent to cause harm does make a big difference.

  2. Her "modeling career" … lol,.. wtf, onlyfans is a modeling career now? Well at least she can manage that account from prison.

  3. It was Alex Baldwin who aimed the firearm at Ms. Hutchins, not the armorer. It was Alex Baldwin who squeezed the trigger while aiming at Ms. Hutchins, not the armorer.

If Ms Hutchins' agent admits in his statement, that the armorer didn't have enough experience to hold the position of armorer as well as another, then how is she responsible for the arrogant Alex Baldwin's carelessness?

  4. New Mexico sentencing laws are ridiculous. 18 months max? Her recklessness is ridiculous. AB better get the entire library 📚 thrown at him.

  5. Why have all this testimony? The judge already knows the sentence, this is all nonsense. Is the judge going to suddenly change her ruling? No, she has thought it for days, it’s written down.

  6. You can't help but question a criminal justice system that sentences drug dealers to more time than someone who caused the death of another person.
    Their priorities are backwards.

  7. How can you say the Judge was no nonsense when she allowed a Witness to lie on the Witness stand?

  8. I Dunno, Branca… I could take some comfort from the judge narrative saying Hanna alone was the person responsible for "turning a safe weapon into a lethal weapon"… If i was Mr Baldwin right now. Offering up some mitigation of Baldwin? The "you alone" part is something for his defence to aim at, i would have thought?

  9. TBF. I don’t know many people her age who are capable of remorse. Regret for the consequences of their mistakes yes…but admitting to yourself that your poor decisions caused problems for others…no. They’re basically trained to blame everybody else and if all else fails resort to mental health excuses.

  10. Those victim statements were honestly terrible. You could tell all these people live in a bubble. A very vapid, 15 minutes of fame, Hollywood bubble.

… I actually laughed when we started hearing music at the end of Halyna's mother's testimony. It all felt rehearsed. Very little sounded sincere.

  11. Did her lawyer tell her to keep her huge yap shut ? She dove in head first to ensure a full 18 months. How genius to bad mouth the jury and the literal judge! What an obtuse mutant

  12. Andrew Branca you should be ashamed of yourself laughing at her sentencing . You have no idea what really went on out there in the church. She didn't kill anyone non did she load a live round. One day the truth will be reveled.

  13. Not a real Justice system, A young girl who killed no one and cant afford a good lawyer goes to Jail , A rich man with connections who shot and killed someone will in all likelihood walk free.

  14. Well, so far, everyone accused of culpability in Halayna’s death has been punished in some way. Will Baldwin make it a perfect score?

  15. If you don’t happen to have a large number of family and friends does that mean getting you killed isn’t as important as someone who can have 5000 people giving impact statements?

  16. I think Alec Baldwin should be very wary of the Special Prosecutor. Do I expect Alec Baldwin to skate for some reason? Unfortunately, probably. The narrative they are going to push from here through the trial is that "The real culprit has been found Guilty and sent to prison" and that Baldwin was actually a victim of a wreckless armor. Then ad on a bunch of Boo Hoo's about his age and his recently developed "medical condition". (Expect this to happen towards the end of May or in early June.)

  17. I hear Bowles represented HRG pro bono. It looks like you get what you pay for. I swear during the trial it seems like the defense spent more money on eye makeup and head waxing than on prep and "expert witnesses." And when did these impact statements become multi-media grandstanding sessions?

  18. What she thought of Dune 2?!
Dune 2 freaking sucked!! What a stupid ass movie.
They made the galaxy look tiny, the galaxy in Dune 2 feels smaller than a country.
Oh yeah, and all the girls are boss.

  19. If Baldwin gets anything less than what Hannah just got then justice is not even close to being served. He needs to also get the same violent offender status and never handle a gun in his life legally again. Unfortunately I have serious doubts that the court will treat him the same way even though he’s just as responsible as Hannah for this

  20. She had no remorse for her actions. Until the prosecutor said that she wasn't going to pursue heavy penalties. But Hannah had expressed no remorse or responsibility for her actions. Then, as soon as the first victim impact statement begins, she starts bawling lmaooo. Should've done that sooner, honey.

  21. This isn’t her first misfire or death . She misfired on Nicolas cage set , gave 11 year old actress unsafe gun , gave her motorcycle keys to her intoxicated boyfriend whom crashed and died . She takes 0 responsibility. She carried a gun into a bar and doesn’t even have a permit to carry she’s reckless and careless and not remorseful 18 months isn’t long enough .

  22. There is something wrong with hannah. Like durl brooks she has an internal mechanism which prevents her from looking honestly at her own actions. It is obvious that this is a immature person

  23. Will we be enduring statements by Baldwin bros, Ireland, Kim Basinger, and the infamous, HILARIA?

  24. Why do i feel like theyre just going to point to the judges decision during baldwins trial and go see its not my fault its her's

  25. This judge clearly let her own emotions dictate her decision. Is that acceptable behavior, or should a judge neutral ?

  26. Hannah was absolutely a scapegoat for Baldwin. Was she wrong and did she mess up? Absolutely. But the fact the judge put her as a violent offender like she intended to do this is repugnant and a perversion of our justice system. It's like the bullshit felony murder rule imo.

I bet anything Baldwin doesn't get as much as she does, even though he's the one that pulled the trigger. And I feel like the judge will be more sympathetic towards him because he's an anti gun activist. (which is absolutely ironic in this case)
