I'm glad that you mentioned the punches to the back of the head, those two guys had nothing but malicious intent.
Base upon that context alone, and fact that:
A) the suspect in the blue brought the ground.
B) the grounded suspects began to twitch, lift his head and look as though he may try and get up.
C) there were two suspects to deal with at the time.
That officer whilst was in the right, as incapacitating those two guys was necessary, for his and this colleagues safety as well as any potential members of the public.
Policeman instantly grabing you with force is not a reasonable approach…if this is what you call proof that the police were in the right then your logic is as broken as your ET looking face

Also explain to me why, if that is not a declaration of war/violent attack, why is it that when people on a bus or trapped in a train carriage hear a man yell "Allahu akbar!" their heart beat increases and their eyeballs immediately search for the threat? Why do they instinctively know that a serious attack could be about to happen? Experience and/or knowledge of hundreds of previous attacks, that's why.
