5. Not all law enforcement are racist? That's like saying all black people racists are all white people are racist. When I get pulled over yes, I roll down my window. If it's night time I roll down my windows and turn my lights on inside the vehicle. So the officer is safe and I'm safe. But that's just me, I'm using common sense.

15. Make them come to the driver's window. If the cop mentions safety, then tell the cop to take you to a safe place to pull over. Never roll down more than one window. And have a COPY of your DL, Ins & Registration on a sheet of paper or brochure, or show the actual docs to them through the window.

If you look at the uniform crime stats, and compare the number of stops vs the number of shootings or number of people killed in police encounters – the stats don't support the claim of muh racism. Black men get shot at a rate three times less by rate of encounters. Meaning, they'd need to encounter the police 3 times to have the same chance of getting shot compared to the average person

    The agency heading up the investigation of J.J. Scarborough is the Meade County Sheriff's Office, a department located just feet away from his jail.
