Supreme Court is not the Constitution , the Court only frames for a time how the Constitution is read with this reading only applies until a future Supreme Court changes that reading of the Constitution for political pressure. One example is the Supreme Courts over turning women's abortion rights back to 1813 . The only way to change the Constitution is by adding an Amendment that would better protect women's rights.
