2. If I was a juror and a case I delivered a verdict on got overturned based on this behavior, I would have been really ticked off b/c the entire thing would be a waste so maybe making the trial longer would have been annoying but to have my ENTIRE jury service be a waste, that’s inexcusable

8. What’s the deal with Arizona judges? Something needs to be done about the judicial system. More & more these days, judges & attorneys are violating so many laws & the rights of others. This judge needs to be sanctioned & face an investigation into his actions.

    (Could this judge be trying to sabotage himself, to be removed from the case? For some reason. His attitude & actions are so outrageous you have to seriously consider it.)

14. I have to disagree with your complaint about having to ask 4 questions to get the answer the defense attorney wanted. She asked BAD questions. Don't ask about a phone call when you already know the guy didn't have access to a phone. Ask a pointed question to get the answer you want. If you can't get the answer you want with a question – DON'T ASK IT. This isn't "that's lawyering" – that's bad prep and bad planning.

    Look, I get that during Prep she NEVER expected to be limited to 4 Minutes, but she could still have much better questions to focus in on what was needed.

29. some judge's behavior is unprofessional. I went in for a protective order against my son's father who had assaulted me. He even admitted to the police that he assaulted me yet the cops failed to arrest him because the cops said they didn't see any injuries. This was during COVID, so I went to court and had to talk to the judge over the phone while I was at the court house. I presented my case. The judge said, "well the cops should have done more but I"m denying your order of protection." I then told the judge that I didn't understand and the judge proceeds to yell at me and tell me that I should not question his authority and hung up the phone. I was without a lawyer and quickly learned the system does not protect you against abusers. Some judges have no soul.

32. This judge doesn't just need to be disbarred & impeached, but he needs criminal charges, or at very least a civil suit!

37. The judge is acting like he is irritated at the waste of time because he has already decided on the outcome and wants to be done with it. I often feel that way watching a trial..but it’s a bad look for a judge.

38. If the judge acts like this knowing he is on camera how did he run his courtroom before cameras were allowed in? Wow!
