  1. This fool only got 19 months added to his 4-year sentence because he’s in Leftist Nevada. In Florida, he would have been facing a lot more time behind bars.

  2. I personally believe he definitely should have been denied bail but the Judge must follow the law. If she violates his rights it could cause other issues and allow him to actually benefit from his despicable behavior. That being said anyone who bails this asshole out of jail for two days needs to get a serious mental evaluation 👀👀👀

  3. Reference: Law Clerk – was PURE focus purposeful heart ❤ space for His Judge.

(as ever… as if some protective 'as ever')

  4. Can someone let me know if the bailiff appeared to be on his cell phone? He was shown briefly and I am not sure.

  5. The corrupt system is definitely going to "protect" it's own after this. That's all I keep hearing is what they can do to protect their corrupt courts after this. Judges are "protected" people it says. Which means the general public isn't crap. No doubt the scumbag gets what he deserves, but I wouldn't trust the court system any more than I would him.

  6. Judge Holthis was snarky to defendent BEFORE she started to sentence defendent. Defendent STILL shouldnt have attacked the judge.

  7. Lets talk bear bones FACTS. Judges know when they are going to hand down time. As such those judges need to communicate with the deputies that they need to be present in the courtroom BEFORE the judge hands down time. This is not rocket science. This is common sense. If a judge can not fathom that then we have the wrong people on the bench.

  8. Guess you could say the judge got "a little taste" of what his previous victims have gone through after he kept being let loose on society.

  9. Monkey see monkey do…. Now we will have more fools

Many of these narcissist people will follow trait so they too can be in the news

Look at serial killers they don’t want to be known as a serial killer they want to be known as a serial killer with the most numbers

  10. Many judges have been assaulted

Why is this one gaining so much attention?

I’m guessing bcz he actually reached the honorable judge? Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

  11. I went to court and when it becomes obvious that I'm going to go to jail the cop walks up and puts handcuffs me so fast. This was a f*** up. I am little that guy was really big

  12. As far as ive heard she can only give the max possible for the crime she's overseeing. She cant add 80+ years (nor do I think she would) to his current sentence. If anything, shes going to set the nails for his coffin. Good luck to the defense attorney trying to help the guy out of his extra charges. Eyewitnesses, live camera footage, and testimony from a credible witness, aint looking too good for him.

  13. If I had to guess I think she already had her sentence typed up and ready to go given the fact that she was literally about to say it. I could be wrong, but it didn't sound like it was going to be good for him to begin with.

  14. 👩‍⚖️ ~ Why shouldn’t he get a longer sentence based on the original charge? Doesn’t the judge look at the conduct of the defendant to decide how much time they get? If one defendant says all the right things and another defendant says he’s going to keep on committing crimes, are they supposed to get the same sentence if they have the same history?

But all that said, I was very surprised that she’s doing the sentencing. I figured she would recuse herself and the next judge would give him The maximum sentence based on his courtroom conduct showing that he is not going to change his ways. And by the way, if you’re being sentenced for embezzlement and you commit violence offense, that’s different. But this is violence for violence, so that is directly relevant.
