   I’m interested to watch this trial and see what the defense does. At this point knowing what we know from Loris trial it does seem like an impossible win but its good to see an actual defense.

7. This defense might have worked if they weren't buried on his property. The texts and the kids being on his property are about the only strong things linking him to the kids deaths. As for his wife, that's way different. He or his son were the only ones in the house with her.

8. Splitting hairs over backyard vs pasture is ridiculous. Still Chads property. Lori didn’t dig the graves. Lori didn’t shoot a “raccoon” or burn brush. Pryor is fighting an uphill battle.

17. "I was duped" is not a legal defense. Also, yes Alex was Lori's protector. But how does Chad explain the fact that he gave Alex a priestly blessing for doing that?

18. It takes a special coward to blame a woman for your weakness. It still doesn’t explain why he would go along with it or not go to the police. It may be a good strategy from a lawyers perspective but it will never explain Chads texts to Tammy about shooting and burying a dead raccoon where they find a dead child.
    Even Lori stating that accidents “happen”… drug reactions “happen”, death “happens”…doesn’t explain why “they” wouldn’t alert the authorities if one of their children had died for whatever reason.
    They allow two children to die without a proper burial then skip happily off to Hawaii expecting us to BeLIEve it was all just business as usual.😒🤡😒

20. There are definitely more dead bodies in Lori's past than Chad's. The killing and burying the bodies of her children in his yard is another situation. He is there too.
