  1. If anyone dug a small grave in my yard I would know. When you have lived in a home for a long time you know every inch of your property especially the pet cemetery YOU created. Chad was guilty and he knew exactly what he did.

  2. I understand why as a prosecutor you would want the family of the victims in court but what about them? They have lived through a horrific time and need some peace

  3. I very much enjoy getting the jurors perspective, please do as many as you can. I wish we could always hear from jurors after every case. I'm certain that the reason Nate is getting these interviews is because of his stellar reputation as a respected journalist and person.

  4. Will Chad get a new mugshot?
Was he transfered back to Fremont County or is he still being held in Ada County? What prison will he be sent to?

  5. I liked this breakdown, cause I couldn’t watch the whole trial and it answered the questions I wanted to know. It was a good breakdown from the jurors.

  6. I have heard 2 juror interviews on Chads case. I’d love to head/see your take please

  7. You can’t have three middle aged women on the jury and expect them not to identify with children and Tammy.

  8. Prior was playing checkers and Lindsay Blake was playing three dimensional chess!🇨🇦🇨🇦

  9. I like what you said about, once you loose credibility to the jury, it's an uphill battle. Prior was arrogant, condescending, belittling, and disrespectful to the witnesses, to the judge and court. The jurors pointed out Prior starred at the jury, especially certain members; and, it felt he was trying to intimidate them.

Plus, Prior seemed unable to read the emotional temperature of the room, adding insult to injury with his witnesses, almost unaware that often his line of questioning with witnesses, and the witness itself hurt his own case. I mean did he really think after we found out Tylee had her jaw broken 6 times, and her ribs were broken, that him asking the witness if she could have been killed elsewhere would make any difference.

I think allowing jurors taking notes is important, why, cause if they wrote it down wrong, their memory would be wrong too. In this case it appears all the notes agreed.

  10. the laughing and joking is a defense mechanism.. my dad was a state trooper who had to investigate multiple gruesome accidents.. He once told me that they had to have that relief to get through the heavy stuff.

  11. This was so interesting to see their process and hear what their experience was like. I have only been cslled for jury duty once but was not needed or even interviewed for a trial. I hope I have the chance again someday

  12. I completely agree with the jury: Chad meeting Lori created the 'perfect storm' if you like…she and Chad together were a lethal combination…exactly the same as Myra Hindley and Ian Brady EVIL PURE EVIL

  13. Chad's lack of fight and near smugness makes me wonder is he still convincing himself he's "chosen" by God. I hope it's because he's reaalized the evil of what he's done and he deserves the punishment. Yet he didn't plead guilty.

  14. The defense's expert couldn't say Tammy wasn't murdered either. So with the additional info that was reviewed from the state, it makes more sense that it was murder.

You couldn't convince me that Tammy died of natural causes after the attempt on her life a few weeks before, the quick wedding after her death, refusing an autopsy, & the increase in life insurance. That's just common sense in my opinion.

  15. Chad's kids were going to say whatever he wanted them to say. So why didn't they testify or give a victim statement on his behalf during the penalty phase? Why didn't any of his family show up for him & try to get him life, instead of death? Why didn't he say anything for himself?

  16. I don't understand why Chad fought so hard but then didn't even say a word to save his life. Sounds like from the jury he may have been given a chance if he had spoken up.

  17. There wouldn't have been anthying that Chad could say on the stand that would have mattered to me. The fact that he stayed silent doesn't bother me at all.

  18. Both interviews are very interesting. Thank you Jurors!! You made the right decision ❤️

  19. Please go through juror Blake's interviews! He did one with Nate and hidden true crime. He reached out to the victims' families. Absolutely loved what he had to say.

  20. So in a sense you guys got to tell Chad that he was dark and him body had to die.

  21. Did Prior say Lori wanted to get Chads insurance money (if he were dead) in an attempt to get Chad a verdict reversal or get Chad a new trial for “ineffective representation”. In other words was he thinking “an appeals panel will note my mistake and conclude that I did not effectively represent my client and order a dismissal of the DP verdict and/or rule that Chad gets a new trial”. 🤔

  22. Not relevant to the topic at ALL but your hair devoured this day. And your skin is glowing. You’re living my dream Sir.

  23. I really enjoyed hearing from these jurors and having your perspective on what was expressed. When the Karen Read trial is finished I would love to hear from those jurors, although I imagine they may want to protect their anonymity. Hopefully something can be arranged to make it happen.
