  1. And what do these kids think is going to happen when they are screaming at him and in his face and trying to act like they have a right to tell him what to do. They were like a bunch of hyenas up in his face and pointing at him screaming which if you do that to somebody then in my opinion be prepared to suffer whatever consequences may come. I don’t believe he punched her at all. Of course they’re starting saying he’s looking for little girls which wasn’t true so how can you believe when they say he punched her that it’s true. They were escalating and like a pack of dogs just getting worse and worse. Obviously I hate anyone lost their life but they need to look at themselves and why anyone would think you can treat someone you don’t even know or know their history and isn’t doing anything wrong why you would think you can treat anybody that way is beyond me.

  2. You could argue that everyone could have retreated. They chose to combat him and he won. Miu didn't chase anyone that I know of. They all came at him. Why weren't they obligated to run from a man with a knife?

  3. What I do not agree with them saying "kids being kids" . They started calling him names etc. There was never proof that he hit Maddison first. Obviously that was what the rest of the people there would say. They did not want anyone showing a finger against them starting everything. I am not so sure he should have been found guilty of homocide.

  4. I think that the taunting teens bothered people and felt that they deserved the assault. I see it this way: Miu was a mature adult who should have walked away from rude kids.

  5. Thrilled that a younger juror was willing to share his thoughts and super glad the jury decided the way they did. Please cover sentencing!!!

  6. Miu..lied , lied , lied…and then on the stand , doesn’t remember his lies ? He was an angry man , could have ( should have walked away ) !!

  7. I'm not disappointed he got prison time he went extreme no question…non of the boys got charges for initiating this is disappointing to me

  8. still very confused as to how they find him guilty when there was NO evidence about the initial incident with Maddison??? I honestly don't believe the jurors did their job as they were required to

  9. Any decent group of people would've helped an older person look for the cellphone in the first place!!!

  10. For the punch thing even the guy who lost the phone said he pushed her .. that really not good for the case .. the fact he lied to police and the fact he went to them first even if the kids was provocative to him he should have called police those kids was illegally drinking things would have never happened..I asked my 22 year old his opinion he doesn’t know the case I was curious 👀 he said to me :mom this men don’t deserve jail but we live in society where kids don’t respect older people don’t expect them to feel bad for him … so I was surprised with his comment

  11. I don't agree with the jury. They didn't give him any chance in HELL. And how could he walk away if they kept following him!!

  12. I didn't believe the witnesses. I think they coordinated their testimonies to some extent through trauma induced conversations after the incident. I don't feel justice was served although I do feel Mieu should deserve some time, just not the rest of his life. I would have broken that jury if I'd been on it.

Mieu's problem with his testimony was that we all knew he was a liar, so how can we take his word for anything? The problem is that younger people don't understand the presence of mind when your heart is weak. I have a weak heart and I'd be terrified if I were in a physical confrontation that I was not going to make it hey because my heart could stop.

  13. So mui went through his life without even getting a parking ticket… totally clean record and he waited till he is surrounded by 13 people to punch a woman. Lol why didnt they use their common sense…

  14. My question is how did they come to negligence? Doesn't negligence have to mean he didn't' intend to use his knife? He clearly did so I am having a hard to understanding how his actions was negligent.

  15. The thing I personally keep coming back to is that if it really WAS self defense, why didn’t he try flashing the knife around to make the mob of people back away from him? He took a stab at multiple people before anyone realized he had a knife, then threw the knife away on his way back—it’s counterintuitive to how a truly frail person in fear for their life would respond to the situation. A TRULY fearful individual would try to create distance FIRST, which would mean either walking away, or making the others back away by waving the knife around and threatening to use it in case anyone got too close. He went straight to injuring as many people as possible, which make his claim of self defense not believable imo.

  16. Nic is a psychopath who walked away without a scratch and left 5 bloody bodies behind. THERE IS NO WAY this was self defense. The jury got it right!

  17. I go back to the first video , Mui engaged the group physically by rushing up to them and their tubes

  18. Replay crew here…thanks so much for this video Peter…still have mixed feelings about the verdict and so wish he’d gone straight to the police and had never lied…
Will be watching Karen Read case as well as your Daybell updates! 🙏😊

  19. Now the teens feel much relieved about losing one of their own by their mob behaviours. Keeping on doing the same thing. Congrats, Wisconsin👏👏👏
