  3. Eye-opening discussion! Cheating through digital means is more common than we think. I used evidence from DigitsalTruthSeekers in my custody battle, and it made a significant difference in court. It’s amazing how much impact those hidden messages had on the outcome of my divorce proceedings..

  8. I'm a 5-year family law attorney practice out of Idaho. This woman has given the most honest and factually correct analysis of family law I've ever seen. The usual Youtube videos are "10 TIPS TO GETTING SOLE CUSTODY". This woman is very honest. The general rule is: "Too bad. You married him. They're his kids too. Go get a job. The gravy train is over". Cheating, and often spousal abuse, does not matter so long as theyre a good parent. Nobody "loses their kids" unless they're rights are terminated, which does not happen unless someone is willing to adopt or someone's doing 30 years in prison. And good job pointing out that property division is just a math problem. Nobody takes their spouse to the cleaners.

  9. @08:06 So there you have it, an experienced attorney, concedes that MOST couples have NO IDEA what no fault divorce means. Which is PROOF of fraud as the ins and outs of what your signing up for is NEVER explained to anyone.

  10. Sandy!!! You are really great!!! I wish I live in Maryland so you can be my lawyer ❤❤❤❤❤

  11. 36:42 I’m gladly surprised with your honesty, Sandy. Unfortunately, this is so true, I experienced this myself. 😢😢😢so I had to terminate my retainer before I run out of money….. the problem is that I don’t have a lawyer and even though I interviewed a couple of them, I still don’t find a good fit.😢😢😢

  12. Could you please ask her? Does she install the nicer forgery proof Kounterfeit, free Arbiter validation, certification, administration, back up to pack up registries? We need the real new lol model that triple registers are quick claim title deed so no one can steal them and put us on the street anymore.. we need a nicer tablet schedule clauses A-Z to protect our title deeds to quick claim changes. We are sick and tired of the broken estate plan and have millions of double dipping careers holding our families together. Using your oldest police, oldest lawyers, and even older Arbiter validation 837PC response citizens arresting an authorized document changers.

  13. Can you please help me with my divorce?. I have been trying for 11 years to get a divorce and the courts of Cape May county have allowed me to struggle over and over and over again I am mentally physically emotionally financially just exhausted I've done everything myself because I cannot afford a lawyer. I am entitled to so much more than what I have been given and they will not make him divorce me they're making me do it all he is untouchable I'm drained

  14. I want to find out if I have a house, its paid off. I get married and she divorces me, she cant get it correct? Do to it being in my name and owned it before we got married? I also out it in a WILL for my mom and my brothers.

  15. if a home beongs to 2 ppl under a survivorship deed aka and both are still living what happens in the event pf divorce?

  16. This is a great interview, addressing questions during a consultation as well as getting clients as a family law attorney. Very interesting.
