23. I am GRAVELY dismayed at the seemingly coordinated and collaborative (mis)conduct of the Judge and DA. They really seem to be losing all credibility in this trial! IF they believed that they were timely and well-warranted in bringing this case, then they should BRING their case without seeming trickery and judicial partiality. I am VERY disappointed of the DA's conduct in this case. If these Defendants are guilty, then prove that with uncompromised integrity (which so far, they have NOT).
