  1. A panel of Leftist prosecutors recently said they are not interested in public safety, they are out for racial revenge. That motivation lines up why horrendous criminals are freed while self-defenders are persecuted.

  2. Ah the new regime that loves their precious thugs and prosecutes everyone who dares protect themselves from the beloved

  3. Convictions. Too right, prosecutors have lost sight of potential innocence and are looking for high conviction rates. If a prosecutor has a ninety to ninety-five-percent conviction rate, he/she will certainly have convicted at least one innocent citizens along the way (in reality, they would have convicted a number of Americans for crimes the innocent citizens did not commit).

  4. Another self defense case that should have had a different outcome: The 'Apple River Stabbing' case from wisconsin. A 50+ year old guy gets harrassed, and then assaulted by over 10 teenagers. When he is knocked down he pulls a knife to defend himself, sadly leading to the death of one of hi assailants.
He has now been found guilty of reckless homicide, despite the teenagers' court testimony often conflicting themselves or eachother.

  5. 100% accurate, Prosecutors DO NOT like self defense, they rather you get injured or killed by the bad guy until the police arrive 10 min later.

  6. This means that defense lawyers with great success rates are well worth their money. Don't skimp when it comes to self-defense lawyers.

  7. In cages! Oh my gawd until you realize that "cage" comes with wifi and a tablet lmao. The fact they emphasize cages instead of prison cells makes them lose all credibility

  8. They are going to do what Canada did and revoke all self defense laws, make it illegal to defend yourself

  9. Thank God we have some good folks like you all fighting the good fight for us! I’ll never quite comprehend why anyone wants to jam up good citizens simply for defending themselves or the family or community. Makes me wonder what they would do in those situations! Thank you so much for all you are doing!

  10. there is a veteran being held without bond at the Etowah county jail, for almost 2 – 3 years now for using his AR to protect himself because he killed the man that trespassed upon his property to save his life, … after being told not to come back the re any more, … please, I beg you they are not processing his case, and have yetto file charges on him, yet holding jim in custody, … someone needs to look at this case, pronto pronto chingowwah, …

  11. Every homicide needs to be thoroughly investigated. Even ones that look cut and dry. But that is up to the county sheriff's office to find irrefutable evidence or a preponderance of evidence that leads to a trial. Not the DA or other local prosecuter. So it is not totally on the prosecuter, most of it is up to the sheriff's office. And they can both be corrupt both ways. They may be (and in this day and age it is actually somewhat likely)involved in organized crime and let tjeir own killers off and they may be anti gunners that criminally charge legitimate self defenders with murder and many times they are both. Organized criminals like having control of the law and they do not like having their victims being able to defend against their thugs. It may be hard for some to wrap their head around the cops being involved in, or even running organized crime, but it is very common. 23 years ago 2 different sherrif's departments within 80 miles of me were arrested by the FBI for running the local meth rings. The sherrifs and their entire department were sent to prison. I think it is still going on, but the FBI does not bust other homeland security depts anymore…just doesn't happen, the entire department of homeland security is run by some kind of mob. For real.

  12. This has to be the stupidest thing I’ve heard. The center of disease control keeping track of self defense gun uses. Next you’re going to tell me the post office keeps track of how much water I use.

  13. Most prosecutors use their office to further their political careers. They don't care about justice. We do not have a justice system.
