1. Collateral consequences? Like 'his family may try to kill you ' or 'there is a book deal in it for you'? Oh wait: Collateral consequences are legal and regulatory sanctions and restrictions that limit or prohibit people with criminal records from accessing employment, occupational licensing, housing, voting, education, and other opportunities.

8. I believe that the judge needs to be investigated after what she just said, it’s clear in my opinion that she is corrupt and a big part of the problem.

9. The audacity of this "Judge" saying it's "improper" when she just made a ruling without even hearing arguments from the other side, which actually IS Highly Improper !!!

The Judge just violated the Defendants right to Fair Trial by making up her mind on the issue BEFORE TheGUIGuy could even respond & furthermore, would not even let him respond: This is highly improper: TheDUIGuy should have objected & filed an Appeal: Easy win on Appeal here. What's funny here is that Prosecutors LIE in their Opening & Closing Statements 100% of the time, but he's objecting to what the Defense is allowed to say in their defense !!! …Absolutely ABSURD !!! If the Defense cannot even put on a real & meaningful defense, then it's just a Show Trial: aka Kangaroo Court.

18. I get both sides… DUI conviction has a social economical impact. But that's true of everyone, so the legal punishment should not take that into account…

    Sure the impact is greater on people with a commercial drivers license but… They are held to a higher driving standard and should be more cautious than others and punishment should be more strict…

    Just like how cops should be held to a higher standard.

21. The system is extremely corrupt, and it takes an attorney like Saul Goodman to go to war with it. Choose wisely if you ever have to pay for your own defense.
