Technicalities matter . The prosecution uses them like a sward get real people. We have to hold police to the law strictly to the law.

This is why people need to be more aware of their rights. You NEVER have to do a roadside breath test. The key word there is “roadside”. Make them take you to the station and take the test there. It’s more reliable and accurate. It’s better to pay a tow truck than it is to rely on a jury verdict on an unreliable roadside breath test.
If you’re found to be sober after taking a breath test at the station you can sue them civilly after beating the criminal charges for violating your 4th amendment right against unreasonable searches and seizures, and for not having probable cause for the arrest of a dui.
Sounds like you’re using your client for fame even though you did nothing to help him.
