  6. 3:10 – I still cannot believe an American saying that apologizing excessively is bad, at least in personal life 🙂
I feel like in American culture people don’t say some things directly to avoid disagreement. For many people from abroad, most Americans apologize excessively. For example, you’re shopping at a store and you accidentally grazed someone with your cart. This person will highly likely say sorry even though you did it, they were just standing aside (not in the walkway even). Same with Canadians.

  7. Sure. I will watch and listen to it more than one time. It is a very important lesson to learn from. I really enjoyed this interview with your guest! Thanks from my ❤️ for you both!

  9. Just found out about you guys. I'm in a leadership position for over 13 years and with the company for 24 years. My performance overall is at the top of the list in the entire retail business. The corporate heads found out about me from the fiscal year end Profits and Loss data sheet which ranked on the top of the list that only they can see. I did not know that I was considerably higher than the manager second down below me. Now, they ask me to do a 30-40 minute presentation on my organized department and how I execute my plans. I have to do this in front of my VP, COO, CEO, and other guess along with 50 managers. I'm terrified! Last speech I've done
was in high school back in the late 90s and I choked. Its not anxiety, more like a fear. I have
a month from this day for the upcoming presentation. Watching these videos is helping me a lot. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
