This is good we need prison reform and it has to start somewhere even if it's not the best start people are routinely rape and killed by officers and CO'S every day so yeah this is a good thing we don't need to keep people in there to have that abominable shit happen to them too also unless you have cash bail they can keep you in there for years and years and years until they decide to give you a trial so yes this is good this will help the poor there is no such thing as a good cop nowadays sorry they're all pigs they sit back and watch their brothers and sisters hurt people in horrible ways everyday and never do anything about it they are just as bad. As far as people not showing up to court when the court wants to throw you in prison where you will literally be raped against your will as much as the officers want be stripped of your basic human rights and treated like an animal officers in corrections officer's murder innocent people every day and let them die slow painful death they're the sickest individuals out there yeah who would willingly go to that they run for their lives not just cuz they want to run from problems

14. I just watched a video on the unconstitutional anti-gun bill just signed by the Illinois governor. With this two pieces of legislation, I guess the Democrats in that state are trying to legislate the purge. Craziness to say the least.
