  1. Man, it's so absolutely sad that she made it all the way to the front of her house that fateful night but wasn't able to get out of this monster's vehicle and go inside! I'm sure that when she opened his passenger-side door to get out, he placed the cord around her neck and dragged her back into his vehicle. I don't doubt at all that he never had any intentions of letting her go and to keep her from panicking and trying to fight him, he calmly followed her directions all the way to the front door of her home letting her think that she was going to get home safely and upon her trying to get out of his vehicle — he attacked her and strangled her.

What a tragic ending to this beautiful young woman who was so loved and left behind three beautiful children who will never know her!
    .

  2. such typical cop BS. Lying to the guy's friend to try and get him to say something incriminating. The fact that cops are allowed to lie during investigations is a law enforcement and policing problem. Just one of many.

  3. This guy was beyond funny…🤣 making up such nonsense story. Killing somebody and then trying to make up such story.

  4. That was the dumbest story 🙄 he murders his girlfriend leaves a complete stranger as a witness 😢 prayers for her family

  5. Don't know if I missed something, but for what I understood, the story of the stranger could be feasible.
And… if that was the case, the question would be "what if?"

The part that makes his story nonbelievable is that he says he was having sx, next thing he remembers he's waking up on the side of the street.

If he was on the back of the car, I think he should remember someone opening that car door, at least, before waking up.
And it's highly doubtful a mother would do that right in front of her house.
Although with drunk people you never know.

  6. Its so sick hearing a killer tell such a horrible story. Clearly she fought for her life against that killer capturing his DNA in the process. In her death she declared his guilt

  7. I am 74 years old and never saw the inside of a bar!!! It is totally beneath me, thankyou! There is definitely much more decent places to go to!

  8. I enjoyed the show. However, you had too many commercials and I was watching you while I was cooking a huge meal. So that was not fun.

  9. When one of the defense attorneys were questioning the lying monster, the attorney to his right was so red in his face. He knew the story was BS, and apparently ashamed of it. It was so nice to listen to the prosecutor, tearing that story apart. Thanks to the jury for getting this one right.
R.I.P. Nicole. Your children will never trust anyone. It's just so sad that they had to learn the hardest way possible. I hate what that monster did to you, and hope he rots away slowly, and painfully in his cage. My heart goes out to the boyfriend, family, and friends, who suffer every day of their lives, because of that evil, selfish monster. Hope the pain will get more tolerable with time, but I know it won't ever go away, unfortunately.

  10. As soon as they said she had a zest for life, i knew it didn't go well for her. Please do not light up a room with your smile and do not have a bubbly personality, things might go south for you.😮

  11. Nice… mother of 3 , grow adult women in her 40s , after her meltdown on her bf decided to go f*ck with a random old guy… Best mom ever 🥴

  12. Tunnel vision by law enforcement is a major problem. And the Reid Technique in interrogations needs oversight/overhauling as well.

  13. I understand they were fighting but it's very unfortunate her husband didn’t check that she arrived home safely, or even her friends, no one noticed she didn’t make it home.

  14. This was a strange case. I do believe there was reasonable doubt here. Like why would he be so bold to kill her right in front of her house?

  15. Ya know… That Fitbit might not be a bad investment, insurance policy. Like, "If you're guilty, you need a lawyer. If you're innocent, you really need a lawyer."
