Yes, I agree some cops don’t do or can’t ( don’t know how or care enough) manage an investigation. How can I say this, well 33 years as a law enforcement officer, including supervisor and criminal investigator as well as crime scene investigator/supervisor made it more than clear to me that the majority of police officers in all departments receive minimal training in crime investigation and more on policing minor crimes including traffic and misdemeanor violations. Sad huh, especially since there has been such a fast and dramatic increase in violent crime around the world in the last 20 years!
Yeah, I got arrested for something I didn't do. Crime happened in front of my house. I was 2:30 hours away in a casino book into the hotel at the casino pay for a lot of things posted pictures on Facebook. 6 months later, I got arrested, and they gave me nothing.
Ill bet they don't investigate DA cases as much because they know that a disproportionate number of officers are abusers.
Yeah, just keep asserting that so's you can ignore what I pointed out previously. And ESPECIALLY anything that involves domestic allegations b/c – news flash – EX WIVES LIE!!
They're obligated to conduct a THOROUGH investigation. But u go ahead and keep letting police off the hook and failing your clients!
