  1. Is Myriam a goated character? Let us know in the comments down below!

    Highlights/Edits:
1:47 – Why isn't there a third teacher for the prosecutor course?
    7:09 – What happened here?
    12:16 – "That statue served."
13:45 – Does nobody in this scene have eyes?
16:43 – The real reason Prof. Courte had to die
18:05 – WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION QUALITY OF THIS MOCK TRIAL!?
19:53 – Okay, but would you buy this?
23:28 – But who do we know who says that?
30:43 – The real reason Hugh was operating that crane
    31:58 – This is not a "tell"
35:04 – Hugh is actually homophobic
    38:35 – Juniper's character assassination
40:23 – "Dark Age of the Law" No. 12
40:48 – Tell us how you really feel, Means.
    43:19 – Anybody remember this?
    44:41 – APOLLO!? HELLO!?!
45:37 – He almost got away without doing it
48:11 – Means' poker face right here lol
    50:34 – Hugh's a ZOMBIE?
54:06 – Honestly, what is Means' plan here?
58:23 – A small critique of this moment

  2. You know, at this point I'm confused when it happened. If all three were in the mock trial, and the killing happened during the mock trial. 'I was pretty sure the body was found outside by Phoenix/Athena before it ended'. How did they do it when they were all in there at the time?

I'm also suspicious of that statue in the picture with the moon that has an awl in it. Sounds like a lot happened in the art room we know nothing about yet. Like why did the costume fall on Robin? Who bumped it? Ignore the blood, why was Hugh all limpy like? Maybe it was all an accident. Maybe it was another Gant incident. Although previous Ace Attorney style, it does seem like Means will be the one, but hey capcom could surprise us In the end.. it would justify.. the means…

  3. I think Means was honestly okay with fabricating evidence to either frame some other random person or having Athena get one of Juniper's friends as long he wasn't convicted

  4. yeah everything you say at the end is pretty much how I feel about the entire case; A case that could be really good and I really like how it presents the mystery of the three students with all of them looking pretty suspicious in some way (obviously with Juniper looking less suspicious as time goes on)

but the entire thing is undermined because the completely obvious villain is the completely obvious villain

  5. I can't believe you didn't make reference to showing the 'mark' to the 'narc' in the song for the rhyme.
eg. "Look at this mark, try not to tell on me you stupid narc."

  6. I don't know the dual destinies cases, so I'm honestly hoping it actually is hugh, means would be a great false flag

  7. 7:21 "the-end-justifies-the-means style" consists in saying "the end justifies the means" over and over until your target gives up

  8. "What a complicated asshole."
Zak out here perfectly summarizing every single killer in Ace Attorney

  9. So, I guess the reason why we have this first case timeline problem – is to ensure that we defend Juniper from Tonate before we learn that she is a snitch.

  10. This might be a terrible idea, but Flashback tierlist?
Have a separate tier specifically for every DL6 flashback.

  11. 15:53 – Robin: Let's just skip to the end of his speech.
    skip
Professor Means:…and this is how I managed to get an innocent verdict for my client, who was accused of killing 30 orphans!

  12. Robin giving off HUGE "Lemme Borrow that Top" and "Let's get some shoes" energy this episode 👌

  13. "Whenever I'm lying, a light breeze comes through."
Does that mean Asogi was lying the whole time he was wearing his headband?

  14. 33:30 Junie actually got herself caught because she's the only one who can make use of her talent in coughing a lot. After all, she's the Ultimate Asthma Haver.

  15. 17:40 Professor Means: It would actually be beneficial for the school budget if one of our students is arrested.
    The ends justify the means!

  16. I figured out an explanation: Juniper could've looked down when she said the lie part of her sentence, which caused her scarf to flutter.

  17. I would buy a “you cannot escape propaganda” and “the ends justify the means” booty shorts

  18. This was when the case went from alright to HOLY SHITE. I absolutely adore this case. While not an S Tier case, it’s 1 of only 2 cases in A Tier that beats Goodbyes.

  19. 51:01 Welp, this proves it. We finally solved the mystery.

The third professor is Mike Meekins! And he had taught Hugh how to access the Blood Dimension!

  20. God damn the image of Junie, in her little Sunflower hat and braided twin tails, just rocking it on the DJ table is the funniest thing ever for some reason.

  21. When Robin mentioned a student collecting information for a professor, you'd think our characters would show at least a little curiosity to which professor. Seeing as we only have one living and non-anarchist one.

Missed opportunity, when Prij said we still have no idea who the painting was, it's obviously the Siren! Right?

Every mock trial needs a musical score! For added drama!

Yeah, no one in this case has any sort of personal philosophy centered around the idea of doing whatever might be required to achieve a goal no matter how morally dubious. It's not like there's a a simple phrase stating that principle we've heard fourteen times now or anything.

In all seriousness, what is it with this game and our main characters coming off completely blind to the idea of the actual killers as suspects until it's properly revealed, no matter how suspicious they might be? It feels like a bit of a cheap way to drag things out and add drama.

Oh, I did not see the snitch twist coming! Neither who it was nor who she was reporting to!

The whole trifecta of Apollo leaping to the logic of a $120000 bribe to the Means edits to "Look at this…" had me laughing like crazy.

I avoid buying new clothes of any kind unless I have to, and even then I'm very boring in my choices, so that purchase wouldn't be for me, sorry.

  22. 13:48 – Maybe, as a drowback from their "perceiving" powers, Apollo and Athena are absolutely blind the rest of the time?

  23. Given how Robin just swiped the evidence, I'm inclined to think the Prosecution Professor teaches the Von Karma method of stealing evidence from the defence (with optional tasing).

  24. While I like this case, but that whole part at like 22:45 is what turns me off DD a bit compared to the rest of the series: it's super hand-holdy at times, even for a series that loves overexplanation lol

  25. Actually the blood on Hugh's hands was fabricated. That was just Valant Gramarye in a very good disguise.
