  1. Mackaley ko yhii chahiye thaa… Jinsne case Kiya, jispar case Kiya, sab Hindi Wale or proceedings English me…aam admi ko pata hi nhi hota kya chal raha h

  2. Don't know hindi in hindi speaking state ,the its judge mistake .if some one come to my state (tamil nadu) he should learn my language not other way around.

  3. Hindi me baat Karne me sharam aaati Hai Tum log Tum asli Hindustani Nahi ho Hindi Urdu garb se bolo Bharat me Har jagah English jahan zarurat hai wahin English bolo

  4. Why people are ashamed to speak English with Hindi they go from north to south for job and with English they go international and become CEO of big companies from India.

  5. Yes, they both can but the advocate finds it being more confident speaking in hindi which must be appreciated. Its a shame that the jugde has to be reminded about a translator. Adamancy in a judge is not acceptable. That judge should be changed. He doesn't deserve to be a judge in this case. Absolutely not qualifed to be a judge. Qualification is not all about reading those lawbooks and achieiving that judge seat. Useless judge.

  6. Bharat mai rehte ho, hindi bolna seekho.
Varna vaapis jaake idli dosa khaao, nariyal Paani peeyo.

  7. Judge is really stupid. How come he say that he does not understand Hindi? Being a judge, he should be ashamed of himself.

  8. Hv judge should be suspended for not knowing hindi while living in hindi speaking state.

  9. HC judge should be removed if he can't understood Hindi.
What's happening to our rotten judiciary system.

Why HC judge is not listening to advocate & straight forward rejecting.

Will CJI Chandrachud should take notice of HC judge ???

Indian judiciary is acting like Britishers judiciary ????

  10. bro are you stupid, your in court_ if your opponent or your client is white man, they hear nothin_

  11. I like the fact that most judges re-learn only from the advocates. You are "Hujoor" yet the "Niyam" is not that "Bina sune hue aage badhne ka".

  13. Hindi is not national language… we try to respect them but they dont understand try to talk

  14. In a region where hindi is majorly spoken and understood should also be preferred in courts. Languages were developed to bridge barriers not to create more of them

  15. Ye vakeel babu ekdum se.. Border film ke Assistant Commandant Bhairon Singh mode mein chale gaye!
