That explanation from Higgins is sus. You can change your phone number without destroying your phone and all the information on it!!! ANY text msgs with Albert family members seems to be hidden with the destruction of the phone. Dont know why defense didn’t hon in more on this fact.

In the letter announcing them removing Proctor it is clear that he was being looked into because of his testimony in court and was not being investigated before that.

Didn't hear you mention..but Brian Higgins AND Brian Albert both got rid of their phones. SAME DAY ,day before they were court ordered to preserve them.seems likely someone gave them a heads up
Higgins did do something illegal. He used government resources to benefit himself personally. That’s just a fact.

I'm curious about the bruising on John's hand, if he had no pulse and wasn't breathing and had been there since 12.30…how could his hand bruise? All blood flow would cease. So it couldn't be from cannulation. The last place to try would be the hand because a) the patient was hypothermia, so there would be no blood flow or very little to the extremities. There first thing they'd do is put in a central line to get vital drugs to his heart. So what caused the bruising to his hand. Interesting that it just happens to be his injured arm.
She played these cops like fine fiddle, fiddler will pay the price in the end not over till the fat lady sings
My theory is…John O’Keefe was at the house waiting for the Alberts to arrive. Brian Higgins drove up in his jeep with the plow and O’Keefe confronted him about his interest in Karen. They got into a fight and Higgins was angry, he managed to cause John to become unconscious he then moved him with the plow and covered up his body. The injuries would be consistent with that scenario.
That is the only way I can make this compute in my mind
