Now, we are to forgive her just because she has been locked up for decades? Her husband hasn't come back from the dead, he doesn't get his life back so why should she have her life?

It seems unfair that a murderer sentence to life in prison now becomes a very expensive cost to the American people for decades, paying for their incarceration. In CA, it costs $133K per prisoner annually. Massachusetts allocates $307K per person annually. $25T overall in the US. It's insane.

    They should be forced to contribute to the economy, not just have their freedoms restricted. Trying to pay for the cost of living these days, working two jobs is more of a prison than these people who don't have to provide their own food and shelter. They get health care and even qualify for elective treatments like sex reassignment.
