    How can a State DA bring federal prosecution especially when the DOJ and the Southern District of NY passed on this case? Not clear and completely new territory legally and an uphill challenge to prove legally. However the trial is taking place in a city which voted over 92% for Biden and so it is expected the jury will convict Trump criminally even if this were just a parking ticket.

    How is the Hush Money case different from the infamous Hunter Biden laptop story squashed both just prior to a presidential election?

    There was no money pay off real or perceived involved in the latter. Many of those involved in squashing the story were Biden’s big donors however. It was polled however that had the NY Post story been allowed to be published, it would have definitely swayed over 50% of the Democrat voters not to casted for JRB.

29. What the media is afraid to tell you: 1. Non-disclosure agreements, what the media is calling “hush money”, is not a violation of NY or federal law.
    
    2. Cy Vance, former NY DA, and Trump hater declined to prosecute this case.
    
    3. The federal elections commission (has jurisdiction over federal campaign violations) declined to prosecute this case.
    
    4. Alvin Bragg himself declined to prosecute this case until the Biden administration met with him and saddled him with Michael Colangelo which is both a conflict of interest and election interference.
    
    5. Bragg has no authority to prosecute federal law, has dropped 52% of NY felonies to misdemeanors last year alone. The only case whose charges he has enhanced were in the Trump case.
    
    6. Falsifying business records is a misdemeanor, one that is past it’s statute of limitations for Trump. In order to make it a felony, Bragg must allege these misdemeanors were committed in furtherance of a more serious crime, but Bragg has yet to state what crime Trump is alleged to have violated.
    
    7. Stormy Daniels signed an affidavit stating there was no affair and no hush money.
    
    8. Michael Cohen has testified Trump knew nothing of this hush money, but he is a convicted liar, and there are rumors he had an affair with Daniels.
    
    9. The judge has donated to Joe Biden showing a clear presumption of bias.
    
    10. The judge’s daughter is profiteering off this trial which is in violation of actual NY law.
