If the scanned value does not match the actual printed votes machine tallies would not match manually audits. If the printed value did not match the voters choices the voter would immediately see that before casting the ballot into the ballot box. So repeated audits prove the Dominion machines could not be changing votes. The conspiracy theories are all based upon ignorance and stupidity. Anyone can go get a tour of their local county elections office and learn all this stuff.
