  1. The police hate it do they? And yet they are happy to comply and do as their told like good little authoritians

  2. I wish a high ranking police would come out and recommend that officers do not enforce this law

  3. Cops can ignore this crap if they really want to. They get away with not following court orders all over the times. They just really rather not chase actual crime, cops really hate doing their job or severing the community.

  4. Sue Police Scotland for wrongful arrest and false imprisonment. They acted illegally. It also shows that officers don’t have to bottle to refuse to undertake an unlawful order from their superiors. The Federation needs to take a stand but, they have always been a toothless lion.

  5. And the people out there will still vote SNP in the hopes that they'll get Scottish independence, even at the cost of their own rights been ripped away from them and the native towns get filled with illegal immigrants.

  6. Who in their riht mind would elect someone like Humza in the first place? Maybe through pain some people will learn that some cultures are really better than others.

  7. The land of the brave needs to prove their bravery again or we will have to cancel that label.

  8. Dude – they are running some strange algorithm affecting this specific video.
The ads come up – no video, just audio, no ability to skip – and your video is shorter by a long shot than the advert time displayed. I was watching other videos as well – not one had this effect. Closed the tab – opened the video in new tab – same strange behaviour.

  9. Careful Dank. You sound like you’ve a nasty case of Humza Derangement Syndrome 😂.

    It may be justified though

  10. Enjoy your Totalitarian regime snitching in Scotland. Eastern Europe went through that under the Commies, now you going to learn how fast neighbours will go against each other due to petty grievances, malice and greed.

  11. Who makes up BS on a Old Lady?? Who does that seriously weres the respect?? Oh can we help you all Recall your new Dictator??
Can We Call and Report your New Dictator, oops your Minister Guy, right? He offended me by the Way He talked to all of the Scottish?

Just curious we good stage a massive call in too if it's needed 😂😂😂 Stay safe You all!! Stand with you.

  12. Voted in by labour ,Tory’s and lindens in England
Ukgov hate crime criteria for prosecution

    Perceived by victim or another
Another reporting = 3rd party could be someone who has been in your house that can report you ,seen something on your social media sites
Includes non legal definitions you can be prosecuted for IE. ill will ,spite ,contempt, unfriendliness ,resentment and dislike
All can be reported via Crimestoppers anonymously

    Hate crime
The law recognises five types of hate crime on the basis of:

    Race
    Religion
    Disability
    Sexual orientation
    Transgender identity
Any crime can be prosecuted as a hate crime if the offender has either:

demonstrated hostility based on race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or transgender identity
    Or

been motivated by hostility based on race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or transgender identity
Someone can be a victim of more than one type of hate crime.

These crimes are covered by legislation (Crime and Disorder Act 1998 and section 66 of the Sentencing Act 2020) which allows prosecutors to apply for an uplift in sentence for those convicted of a hate crime.

The police and the CPS have agreed the following definition for identifying and flagging hate crimes:

"Any criminal offence which is perceived by the victim or any other person, to be motivated by hostility or prejudice, based on a person's disability or perceived disability; race or perceived race; or religion or perceived religion; or sexual orientation or perceived sexual orientation or transgender identity or perceived transgender identity."

There is no legal definition of hostility so we use the everyday understanding of the word which includes ill-will, spite, contempt, prejudice, unfriendliness, antagonism, resentment and dislike.

Good old Westminster misinformation ,but Scotland 😂
    People need to wake up
