  1. Your not suppose to say “a human being” for murder. Doing that causes moral issues that’s why it’s reasonable creature in being

  2. A well-designed presentation with essential information of a broad array of criminal law offences. Well done! There are , however, some mistakes ( Oblique intention – the authority for that test is Woollin not Nedrick; though the former confirmed the latter with one exception in word choice find replaced infer ) ; As for Theft charge the current test for dishonesty is no more Gosh but Ivey ( however, the latter has merely modified the former by excluding its latter leg relating to whether the defendant has to subjectively appreciate that a reasonable bystander would have regarded the appropriation as dishonest ) . Now, the test is entirely objective.

  3. Hi was wondering if a question says ‘ advise whether so and so can avoid liability for murder by using the defence of loss of control or diminished responsibility’ Do you explain and apply both or only one for a 20 marker ?

  4. you go way too quick in this video and all you're doing is reading off the slides with no explanation of the content

  5. I don’t even know if this information applies to my a level but I need help, I just got a D in my second cap. I have no words to describe how horrid it feels as someone who has always got straight A’s

  6. Thanks for this refresh. Going to be sitting the exams very soon and this has helped to refresh my mind
