21. Ok. The officers had no business forcing their way into the home, and no cause to arrest the resident.
    That said, WHY was he refusing to let them enter? If he was harbouring a fugitive, then he was committing a crime (and indeed, since they indicated they were looking for someone there because they suspected his presence, it MIGHT be construed as probably cause). If he was NOT harbouring a fugitive, then why obstruct their investigation? Why make their jobs harder for no reason? Yes, he's within his rights, but he's being an ass (or is a criminal himself).

I will be ending qualified immunity & will be enacting a law that every law enforcement must wear body cams & no edits or cut offs can happen during police & civilian interactions & that if it does happen, felony charges & a minimum of 5 years of prison depending on the charge, with loss of pension & no rehire of any police force allowed.
