This leaves out the part where he was at a party and told the cops he was drinking and did not want to drive, yet the police still made him leave.

You should’ve objected to him calling it a breathalyzer instead of a preliminary breath test.

This is a great example of someone who talks themselves into a conviction. He does not exercise his rights up front. He talked to the cops. Agreed to FSTs. and then takes the stand to solidify his conviction. He is the quintessential dumb sheep .
That is why it is SOOOOO important to do testimony prep before trial. He should never have gotten anywhere near the stand with that argument.
When you gotta democrat on the stand you can milk it like he's a rookie cop.
