Poor Kari must be heading home for a BUCKET of wine after that terrible day at the office 🤦♀️ Can't help but feel for her, I don't think there is any question of bad intention on her part. She is focused on her case and I believe the evidence barely crossed her mind.
Her focus today was to try to rescue the sinking ship AND her own culpability. Small mistake by her, big one by the police department.

Amazing that the defence argue Brady when the defence knew all about the evidence. They must have thought they'd won the lottery when it didn't appear in the discovery. Aaaand the evidence having absolutely nothing to do with the Baldwin case. I feel for Halyna's family 😢
I wonder if this mistake happened because Kari is used to being defence rather than prosecution/part of the police investigation.
And now that the State of Texas v. Dwayne Robert Heath decision has come out it means it’s prosecutors job now more than ever to know EVERY piece of evidence that is in a case. I know this only applies to Texas but it might start spreading, so it’s better to be aware.
