16. B I G M I S T A K E !! WHERE IS COMMON SENSE? NO ONE IS LOOKING AT THE LONG TERM EFFECTS OF THIS. No matter what the issue is. Saying a person is guilty, knowing they didn't do the crime is wrong. This looks like a good idea but it's not. This will branch out to other areas of law. Prosecutors always use cases from other areas of law as examples. THIS IS A BIG MISTAKE. One for sure long term effect is (anyone can use any reason to start a case on a innocent person for any crime). Besides that there is already to many innocent people in prison

17. I thought a charge of negligence would suffice, but the more I think about it, that could open up a whole can of other worms. These parents cant be held accountable for what their child did, no one knows what their childrens intentions are. This is wrong on so many levels.
