He said that Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA) offer a comprehensive approach that guarantees a smooth information flow. Better coordination and collaboration amongst the parties engaged in the investigative and adjudicatory procedures is what they are meant to enable.
