   Also fundamental right of article 19 (1)freedom of speech and expression , say every person has right to criticize. There should not be suspension but to deal the situation in more better way .

21. I fully support the filling of PIL. Since as per true democratic norms / precedent such an important/ crucial and sensitive bill should have been discussed threadbare in presence of all the stakeholders/ opposition.
