Sir जी हमारे एक problem ye है * कि एक Mahila jiska उसके husband se divorce हो गया है और इन दोनों से एक bacchi भी है jiski age karib 4 se 5 साल के बीच है और divorce के decesion में ये बात likhi है ki bacchi अपनी माँ के साथ rhegi ना कि pita के साथ और साथ ही ये भी लिखा है कि divorce की date से father का उस bacchi से कोई sambandh नहीं रहा,,,,,, और फिर divorce के बाद उस mahila ने अपना किसी अन्य person से dusri शादी कर li ,,, अब वो उस mahila का दूसरा पति भी उस bacchi को accept नहीं कर रहा है ,,, और कोई 3rd person उस bacchi का Adoption लेना chahta है पर parents की Anumati के बिना Adpotion नहीं दिया ja सकता,,, अब उस bacchi का Natural father anumati dene से मना कर रहा है उसका कहना है कि Acording to decession us father का us bacchi से कोई sambandh नहीं रहा इसलिए vah ये consent नहीं dega कि us bacchi का adoption दिया jaye ,,, और वो उस mahila का दूसरा पति इसलिए anumati नहीं देता कि वो bacchi उसकी अपनी santaan नहीं है,,,,,,, और main बात कि दोनों ही purush उस bacchi को accept भी नहीं कर रहे है ,,, उस mahila का 2nd पति ये khta है कि इस bacchi को मैं नहीं रख सकता और अकेली माँ की concent से adoption sweekar नहीं हो सकता है अब वो bacchi jaye तो jaye कहाँ,,,, ना तो उसका adoption ही हो रहा है और ना ही उसे दोनों purush accept ही कर रहे है,,, तो उस bacchi का Adoption जो पूरा हो jaye इसके लिए क्या करना चाहिए,,,, I think sir ji court ka decession ही haulf wrong decession है क्यूंकि sec 13 ya फिर 13B Hindu Marriage Act keval Husband wife के divorce को decide karta है ना कि बच्चे के rights को,,,, पर sir जी decession में ye बात साफ़ साफ़ likhi है कि bacchi का उसके pita से कोई sambandh नहीं है,, ,,, तो क्या court order को पहले challenge किया jaye उसके बाद adoption हो या कोई और रास्ता है,,, sir जी please marg darshan kijiye🙏🙏🙏🙏 क्यूंकि realty में bacchi ka भविष्य बिना adoption ke गरत में है,, sir जी इस problem का solutions dijiye please 🙏🙏

Pranaam sir ji 🙏 ,,,, मेरा Question तो नहीं है pr एक बात पर मैने Manthan किया है कि ये अच्छा है कि कुछ sections जो usable नहीं thi उनको repeal कर दिया jaye ,,,,, पर साथ ही साथ ये बहुत जरूरी है कि Act का नाम या Act की Sections ना change करके होना ये चाहिए कि *कौन से offence का trial kitne Time period में समाप्त कर decesion de दिया jaye* क्यूंकि Pablic Act से नहीं balki Act के बहुत देरी से use से परेशान है कि case final होने का कोई Limited Time नहीं है सरकार को ध्यान इस और देना chahiye ना कि Students की problem bdhayi jaye 🙏🙏🙏🙏
