Ku ki Mam concept to same hai, but in every case, particular section number of Ipc crpc IEA, has been discussed.
Means mam jitne bhi cases Section 27 of evidence act k hai, vo as per concept, new law m bhi applicable hoga, but judgements m to specially likha hota hai ki particular section number p hai.
So mam itne sare cases ki actual value kaise hogi ab?
