  1. The social secutity card also says on it "not to be used for an ID" or words to that effect.

  2. I have friends that have told me I can get the coldest look on my face, that scares the poop out of people. I always put that down to my bar bouncer days, I thought it wasn't even a thing anymore, boy was I wrong. Some friends I hadn't seen in twenty years came for a visit, we went to dinner at a nice joint, but the waiter was a bit impatient. My lady friend was taking to long reading the menu, she suggested coming back in a few minutes. He snapped at her, I have other customers you know. I looked straight at him, he literally shook from shoulders to tail, eyes bulging, and walked quickly away. A couple of minutes later the manager walked up stating the waiter quit, something apparently scared him, so he's going to take our orders. After he left, my friend blamed me for scaring off the waiter, I of course denied it. She said, you had that look on your face, granite hard, eyes cold as a glacier, and absolutely dead. Her husband just laughed, and said you haven't lost your touch. Ain't nature grand.

  3. On the story about the drinks and the four not her id's, op you all should have called the cops, she was committing identity theft.

  4. ID Story: OP was far kinder than I'd have been…

After the 2nd false ID, I'd have taken my order pad and walked away from the table to call the Police non-Emergency Number to report her for holding multiple ID's that are obviously not her picture…

Let her explain the multiple ID's to them…I suspect they would so be amused with her, they would give her a free ride downtown with a complimentary free pair of matching stainless steel bracelets…

    😄😁😆😅😂🤣

  5. 1st story: I'd have said "Well, why don't I get a police officer here to verify that this is a valid ID". That's up to 5 years in jail where I live. She'd have bailed pretty fast.

Sure you could have called the cops, but how are you keeping her there for the 30 minutes it'd take for them to get there? Trying to confiscate their illegal property or trying to detain them could easily turn the situation violent. Servers aren't paid enough for that. Especially if that happened in the US where they get paid $2.13 an hour (plus tips, but i don't think the cops are tipping after being served fresh hot criminals).

  6. How did the girl in the first story get four IDs that weren't hers? Were they stolen or just fakes? Could op have kept them because they didn't belong to the girl, or would she have to have given them back? Why weren't the police called after the first two IDs?

  7. Story one…. OP definitely should have kept those stolen IDs and called police. They need charged. 🤨

  8. The first story should have resulted in a call to the police for all of the different IDs.

  9. The first one, you should have called the cops on them for the ID’s and kept them there till they showed up and arrested them. I definitely would have.

  10. The fact she has ID's for 4 different people is a giant red flag that she's up to something illegal. To bad OP didn't have a magic, police, here now, wand.

  11. As someone who used an ID with another person's name/info on it for a few years when I was in college, you should know all the info on the ID. That said, the biggest thing is being confident…the first time I used it I was really nervous (and I was using it at the toughest place to pass an ID in town) so they asked a bunch of questions and looked at it under a blacklight and everything (it was my brother's ID so I knew all the info and looked a lot like the picture). Once I'd used it a few times I was more confident and half the time, even at "new" places, they wouldn't card me despite the fact that I have a baby face (I was carded for rated R movies into my early 30s).

  12. There's an old cop trick for verifying a date of birth, ask for their astrological sign. Not all people know, but the vast majority, and ALL women, do.

  13. Four IDs from four different people and the OP in the first story didn't call the police to report ID theft? 😮 🤔
