If an officer tells me that he smells weed my response to him would be either you got to quit smoking while you're on duty or you got to laundry your clothes more often
And if you have nothing to hide, you risk them being combative and making you sit on the side of the road until a K-9 unit shows up for no reason. Not everybody is a public official. If your innocent, concent and move the fuck on. Giving the idea of these rights to normal public has become nothing more that an issue for themselves, as well as suspecion from the officers. Rights arent free. But most of the public are forced to pay for them every day. By the illusion of choice. And stop with this "I dont have to show you my I.D" bullshit when an officer pulls you over. More people get shot everyday because they feel like their being violated.
so what if your under the legal age for marijuana so lets say in illinois they pull kids over and if they "claim" to smell it, is it lawful for them to search the vehicle ive had friends go through this and were told by the officers if theyre under the legal age then its probable cause
