1. I'm just speculating, but I think Mr. Bradley was lying through his teeth. But I can tell you for a fact, that he is the worst lawyer I have ever seen testifying in a courtroom. Can you imagine someone paying him to represent them? If he didn't know anything, why did he keep responding back to Ms. Merchant's e-mails. And "absolutely" does not mean "just speculating." I think Mr. Bradley had knowledge that Mr. Wade was dipping his wick in company ink. That, my friends, is a no no.
