10. The truth is people don't want to struggle at all. Only if they try preparing hard for entrance and make it to top law colleges (NLU's). Having a law degree, giving state bar council exam and even getting an llm woll only benefit them a LOT!!. But no one wants to do hardwork that's the issue.

Corporate law much is a better option than becoming a litigation lawyer, in litigation lawyers especially in the initial years, where you may not earn more than your traveling expenses and after 4-5 years you'll just get little experience and you'll not have clients for making clients also you have to spend 2-3 years that's too on your luck . It's advisable to start as a corporate lawyer, gain experience for 2-5 years, and then consider switching to another company for a salary increment. This path can lead to a more stable and settled career. If you are a first-generation lawyer or not financially sound, it's wise to prioritize corporate law over litigation.
