Deputy sheriff attacked me in sheriff's department after i filed a complaint against someone then he frisked only my breasts then after he let me go said it was a tarry stop&search
If I was under arrest and opened my mouth to invoke my Miranda Rights then what I said, could and would, be used in a court of law against me.
I can hardly hear this video and my speaker is turned all the way up, and my laptop is a 2020 HP
not if the democrats have anything to say about it. they hate rights and freedom
Thanks for pointing out what are our right.
Thanks for uploading this video. This very informative.
This is an excellent video that clearly describes our rights when confronted by an officer of the peace. This is important for any U.S. citizen to know.
not in Peoria county Illinois…..and good luck finding a lawyer to go after them….
In the State of Washington, a police officer has probable cause to stop your vehicle if a random computer check on a vehicle's license plate reveals that its registered owner has a suspended drivers license. If this happens and, without ever reading your Miranda Rights, an officer asks such questions as "Is this your vehicle?" "Where were you driving to/from?" "Did you know that your license is suspended?" Would this be grounds for a misdemeanor citation to be dismissed?
Not true, if you're not read your miranda rights anything you say can't be used against you in court. Doesn't mean they'll have to let you go.
Findlaw: Is it ethical to hijack someone's Google Places to insert a link to your YouTube video? Seems like very questionable business practices to me. Just sayin…
Excellent host; he made the laws easy to understand.
