   This defense lawyer is an asbolute disgrace, 99% of his cross has been a total waste of everyone's time and patience.

   I do agree however there has been no evidence of Michelle conspiring to kill Jennifer.

Fotis told him on the night of the 23rd at dinner that he was excited about getting custody of his kids so he could bring them to the pond. Yeah so he killed her the next day.
