  1. OMG, defense, again, demanding unreasonable acknowledgements from witnesses with his demand for "stop action" as if the witness is responsible for Troconis being charged with criminal acts. he now expects the video camera to run like a $2M daytime Netflix movie special, and if it doesn't, that means there's manipulation happening on the part of the State? Boy, can HE scheme and manipulate ALWAYS DEMANDING HIS CHOICE OF TERMINOLOGY BE UNDERSTOOD AS COMMON TERMINOLOGY. Defense attorney thinks he's an expert in everything. Like client, like lawyer. Very sad that a defense lawyer can get away with this in a courtroom. The judge is not running the show here, the defense attorney is and it's obvious that there is no one in the world that is honest according to the defense attorney. Everyone is lying but his client, right?

  2. Schoenhorn such a self-aggrandizing narcissist that loves to hear himself talk, he's always giving winded lectures to the judge, wasting days, and then turning around and asking how much longer is case going to go on for – "still until March? Can we get a date this will be over? We have family that has to make travel plans." He's legally running the entire trail into the ground and getting paid greatly to do so.

  3. So the defence attorney argues over and over that the person riding the bike was wearing a black or navy top and that the footage was highly irrelevant evidence. Then we see Fotis walk into the car wash with a black or navy top on. Gold!

  4. This trial is getting to be very expensive I bet. This day alone they don't get in till 10am then they spent 1 hour 45 minutes litigating which brought them to right before lunch. After lunch they spent another 35 minutes litigating when they had off for 3 days already. The state has tons of witnesses and has to organize them all around this chaos which isn't easy so they let out early as well.

  5. Love , love, love that the judge denied the motion to suppress Michelle's cell phone records. If she's innocent , like her lawyer claims, then her phone records should back up all the stories she told police, right? Or, will they show that while Fotis was dumping garbage, she actually wasn't distracted, talking on her phone the whole time? Will her phone show that Fotis contacted her between the hours of 7:00 am – 12:30 pm on 5/24 , while he was in New Canaan murdering his estranged wife? Let's remember , Fotis had a second phone , purchased just prior to Jennifer's murder, that the police weren't originally aware of. Will there be texts between her & Fotis, her & Pawel or Mahwinny? People keep alleging that the state is only trying her because Fotis killed himself, but if my memory serves me correctly Michelle was arrested while Fotis was still living. Which means the state felt they had enough evidence directly against her, to try her, separate from what Fotis did.

  6. When he argues vigorously you know something relative is there..that is harmful to his case hope the Jury recognizes this..

  7. This case is convoluted…. Both lawyers are objecting to every little word in every little sentence that they both put forth as evidence, and then the judge takes a half hour to decipher each objection…… This is going to cost Connecticut probably a million dollars or more before it is over…😮

  8. Think she is innocent?
    Go read the arrest warrants.
She would not have been charged if there was not evidence.

  9. I wonder why the video footage of the property is not available to the viewers ( us), when we are, usually, able to watch it on the big screen behind the witness – so frustrating…!

  10. All this guy is whine. He’s awful. None of his cross examination leads anywhere. Love the judge. This is just an awfully boring care

  11. MT phone calls definitely should be in. Defense Attorney sure is upset about those calls. Must be something damaging .

  12. Why does the prosecution not have enough witnesses lined up? I am pro prosecution at this point in the trial, but am getting annoyed at stopping early almost everyday to due to no witnesses available. I haven't seen this in any other trial I've followed.
