  1. I think she knows more than she says!!!!!!!! She pretends she doesn't know. Not saying anything. Good tactic.

  2. So, fotis was dependent on Jennifer's family money so Michelle was then, and she dares to call Jennifer a bi….!!!! ? I guess Michelle thinks is better than Jennifer. It shows what kind of person she is!

  3. I am not sure if this witness is being completely honest. For example, was he nervous when he saw all the police at the Cul de sac? That is something you would remember, right? He also says too many times that he cannot remember things, not certain about that.

  4. Could someone please take the microphone off the keyboard? Sounds like there’s a water feature in the courtroom. Btw the coughing and noise of the keyboard, it’s so very annoying. This is very important testimony.

  5. After 2 weeks and an overload of boring information and evidence here is what they actually have against Michelle:

    1. Touch dna on the oustide of a trash bag that likely came for her house from a box she opened and used before may 24th. (The state could not confirm where the bag came from…so far).

    2. The messiest interviews in the history of interviews with an annoying, nervous wreck with verbal diarrea and zero filter who has only ONE consistent statement across the board:
She thought Jennifer was evil, unstable and hiding to torture them (parroting Fotis).

    3. Her saying to Pawel in anger "Jennifer should be buried next to the dog" while Fotis bitterly dispaired about Jennifer not allowing the children to say goodbye to their dog… and that "she would kill that FB when she came out of hiding" (again consistent with her belief Jennifer was hurting them on purpose by hiding somewhere).

    4. And the fake alibi she recanted by the second interview (we have yet to see the third).

So far if I were a juror I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving another child without her mother based on what they have presented.

Imo the interviews point at her being battling the thought of Fotis being able to do something like this, which btw Pawel expressed today too when he is going against his gut feeling while taking off the seats of the Tacoma thinking there is no way Fotis could that.

If there isn't a HUGE bombshell coming up maybe some jurors can believe she had to at least suspect about the contents of the bags, or believe she knew Fotis had something to do with it when she gave him a fake alibi or that she was played like a fiddle by this man who used her as a prop. That would be their prerrogative….

But for Michelle actually co planning Jennifer's murder…they have SILCH.

  6. ❤ Ohhhh the defence is annoying af! No wonder he needed his own lawyer! Every time it can implicate Michelle (specially with the missing bucket from Jennifer's house) The defence blocks evidence! He should be thrown out 🤦‍♀️🙆‍♀️ I applaude the prosecution standing up for Jennifer!

  7. The testimony of this witness was deeply moving, evoking strong emotions. The level of hostility displayed by F. Dulos was truly unacceptable. It is evident that nobody should be subjected to such a situation.

  8. I feel so bad for this guy made him afraid of losing job, like a vague hint at being deported , he did nothing was just loyal honest employee in my opinion

  9. For as much interest as I’ve had in this trial, this is the most BORING thing I’ve ever listened to in all my trial watching. No intonation in anyone’s voices at all. You’d think they were talking about doing taxes. My lord…

  10. This judge has committed more crimes than Al Capone. Judge Kevin Randolph, Judge Gary White, Judge John Blawie, Judge Bruce Hudock, Richard Colengelo DA , Attorney Norman Pattis, Attorney Stephan Seeger, Vito Colucci, the Laccona family, the Pavia family, Michael Genovese LCSW CT DMHAS, Judge John Blawie conspired w dept of mental health & addiction services and others to murder a whistle blower.

  11. Get rid of the screen saver on the defense table of a large group of happy children. It is way too personal for this setting. I’ve said this over and over.

  12. Jon Schoenhorn seems to attack everyone as having "ideas." But HE'S the one with all the ideas about ideas! That's typical true narcissist behavior. And we know the disordered client is only represented by a disordered lawyer who understands what's needed to smear all truthtellers. I wonder how many millions he was promised by the Troconis family if he keeps Michelle out of jail. He is definitely emotionally involved in rescuing her. Yet even with this Day 18, we cannot tell if Fotis and his obsession with the Tacoma seats is to protect himself — or to protect Michelle Troconis. She's always in need of some man fighting for her, and I think that's called "supply." Did Fotis try to protect her actions just as Jon Schoenhorn is now? She never was shy about her wanting to see Jennifer Farber Dulos dead.

  13. Defendant’s lawyer is extremely annoying, talks too much without making a legally acceptable point, and even interrupts the prosecution with his whining! He is NOT making a compelling case!
