   I can't stand her attorney. I've watched enough of this trial to know he's a pest. The Judge has a lot of grace and patience. As do the prosecutors. I like this male prosecutor, even his calm and neutral demeanor and delivery/method of questioning.

24. Seems to me that this defense attorney is actually making threats in a sideways type of attack! “Well I guess I’m going to have to stop and start through out my cross”. Not to mention the other day when he interpreted “the court is probably not liking all the objections by myself” (the defense) and the judge kindly makes it a point to let him know the court absolutely doesn’t have any problems whatsoever with objections on either side!

25. I would love to see a video of Michelle talking before any of this happened, in her “natural” state. Bc I really think she’s laying on thick that accent with the “eyyyy” every 2 seconds. Anything she can hide behind, make it seem like she doesn’t fully understand things in English going on around her,, etc

26. If you follow trials it happens often that testimony is broken up recalling witnesses to follow what happened in sequential order.

27. The defense objections on the “mischaracterization” of testimony is a terrible strategy. Not only is he wrong- any reasonable person would interpret what she said as Fotis waking up in her presence- but defense is only drawing more attention to his client’s lies!
