1. MT knew the hate FD had for Jennifer. MT most likely knew of FD need for Jennifer's family money considering his financial status at the time (not repaying the loan…). Just the way MT had the sealed document, on the laptop in open view, speaks volumes. Arrogant, sinister…

2. Wow! The prosecution did an outstanding job arguing the obvious guilt of MT. The defense attorney looked like he had his tail in between his legs when it was over. Bravo!

3. Male prosecuting attorney is a pretty effective speaker.

4. She has been overcharged imo they have only proven after the fact.

5. Both these guys gave it their all…different styles, it good lawyers who tried their very best. Defense had a hard job, whereas the prosecution had the evidence tipping to his favor.
   Frankly, at this point though, for me, it could go either way. Every piece of evidence could be explained away, every one, except in my opinion, the phone and calls the morning of the murder intercepted by Michele and her sighting of Fotis in the am…to me, the entire case of beyond a reasonable doubt is affixed to this. Chimneys, Tacoma keys, sex by the truck, traveling with Fotis while getting rid of trash bags, forgetting and remembering and forgetting stuff in the police interviews, and so on can be explained away..To me: was established that Fotis killed Jennifer, and that Jennifer was messing purposely with his phone and phone calls in the am, and purposely lied that she had seem him to give him an alibi.
   Let’s see…think she will be found guilty, but will appeal.

29. I've met several humans that are absolute pieces of $hit in my years. Michelle Troconis should aspire to be as shiny as those turds. I pray she actually comes clean and repents. I pray she provides a morsel of truth someday that will bring some bit of peace to the innocent family that grieves the death of their loved one ~ Jennifer. I also pray that Jennifer's memory will be a blessing, always. On closing, I pray justice is served to all.
