Of course the prosecutor doesn’t buy the dad being a child molester, that would make her wrong and bias. They didn’t use all the evidence such a testimonies from family members.

Just bc they were entitled rich kids doesn't mean they weren't victims. The prosecutor is basically victim blaming, bc she doesn't like the way their defense attorney presented the case and the abuse. Smh.
So the prosecutor on another case entirely has just said that the musician who accused Jose Menendez of s3xually @ssaulting him is a liar? "She said she doesn't believe it for a minute."
Has she investigated those claims or is she just determined to keep her track record of convictions unsullied?
I hope they prove the prosecutor wrong, because I genuinely believe these two men were molested and more by their dad and the mom knew
The prosecutor is off. She doesn't want to be proven wrong. She should let go of her ego a bit.
Judge Weisberg was wrong to keep that evidence out on the second trial. Pamela Bozanich has never wanted to look at the evidence the defense gave she just wanted to be right.
