OSG, you're one of my favs, but you really need to proofread better, my friend. I've never seen so many typos in your segments. Not just in the title, but in your comments. Otherwise, you did your usual excellent commentary of the case. This defendant sure appears to be a big bully, if you ask me. But his attorney seems to be very above-board. I'm not sure why he's hitched himself to this guy's wagon. The defendant's behavior during this hearing makes the antics heard about VERY believable.

I’d bet my retirement that the lawyer told a secretary to put all the discovery in an envelope and give it to the receptionist, from whom the defendant would pick it up. He forgot to tell said secretary not to include the MRI and is now lying to CYA. As for the judge – I’m not a fan. He’s admonishing the DA much more than digging in to find out who performed the leak. His bias is showing and he should recuse himself. (He’s all but being a fangirl of the defense lawyer.)

What irritates me about the prosecutor is the melodramatic, soap box speeches. She literally repeats EVERY-FKING-THING like four, five, six damn times in a more and more dramaturgical style, like a housewife spewing the neighborhood gossip. Give the facts and get out. She's so theatrical about what she's saying that it comes off as hyperbole instead of a straight, clear and serious telling of the facts.

This guy should be in jail for this, his lawyer should be disbarred, and this judge should retire. The ex-police officer should sue this guy as well for leaking all this info. He is already out on bond, in my opinion he violated that by leaking his own case online. I wish this was Judge Simpson or Webster or Bryant. None of them would have put up with this fool.

I am pissed at how dismissive this judge was about the harassment and threatening of the court attorney and not giving any punishment for leaking the medical records and court docs! “Just don’t do it again” 🙄
They made a conscious decision to have a public trial about medical records. I guess they made a poor decision. We the people have an absolute right to see and comment about these records AND these government personas who are clearly retaliating against the defendant for his exercise of rights.
