Judge Shackelford don’t mess around! She tells this man in no uncertain terms how exactly his license is suspended… it MIGHT have something to do with the EIGHTEEN WARRANTS. That is the most bench warrants I have ever seen in a single court case so far!

  1. My landlord lost the house.. ya mean your Mama? 😂
    But I got 2 kids,
Yea and that's your responsibility too!

  2. It's funny when people with warrants think the warrants will just go away because they didn't know they had warrants.

  3. This poor guy working 6 jobs, with two kids, homeless and trying his hardest to survive in America. This justice system is so one sided. This person should be exempt from the law period. He is suffering, no other culture has to endure what this man is going through.

  4. She needs to worry about her county and not nobody else county she doesn’t have jurisdiction in

  5. He's irresponsible, but he needs help. I would help him if I was there to pay off those tickets. This is a lesson for him to be more responsible going forward.

  6. She's saying, "Those are not my 'holds'". A hold is a warrant. If apprehended, that individual is to be arrested to appear in court. A bench warrant means a court date was on the record and the defendant did not appear in court as ordered by a judge.

  7. i never had that many warrants before, but when i moved to Minneapolis to get away from the city i wasnt ng well in, i started to make a new life.

Found a job within 2 weeks of me moving, then ended up finding a 2nd job. come to find out i had a warrant (first job did run background). Asked for a week to go take care of it.

come to find out, after i turned myself in, in court they found i had another warrant in another city.

longer story shorter, i lost both jobs and stayed in the city i initially moved from.

But luckily im in a way better olace than those 15yrs ago.

  8. It blows my mind how yhere are so many peoplr who will take up for these people. Its insane.

  9. What a loser. 18 warrants. Shame on you, for having at least 18 traffic violations and trying to use your children to get out.

  10. What you mean you didn't know you had those warrants…. you got those citations and didn't pay them so common sense tells you they turn into arrest warrants… get your life together already

  11. He says that he doesn't live there anymore and the landlord locked him out of the property. Then he said that he has 2 kids that he has to take care of. Are the kids homeless as well?

  12. Most of y’all have not even struggled a day In Y’all life just use your privilege cards y’all whole life

  13. This is said how the hell u gone pay all that maintain a roof over your head when we keep getting these dead end jobs and they think it’s funny just be a YouTuber and get rich I quess … he gone rob something when he get out to pay this stuff off

  14. You know you got the original ticket that had the date you were supposed to go to court on it. You need to go to that courts website and it will tell you what you need to do and where to go. There’s also websites that you can check to see if you have outstanding warrants. Not getting the mail isn’t an excuse when you can go online at any library for free if you don’t have internet access. That’s 18 different tickets he just blew off. I had a homeless friend who used to get panhandling tickets that would turn into warrants. She checked the courts website everyday and as soon as a warrant came up she would go to the court they would waive the ticket fee because she was indigent and couldn’t pay it and take the warrant off. Homelessness and no mailing address is a weak excuse. Hence the eye rolling. You know you had 18 outstanding tickets because you were physically handed them by the issuing officer.

  15. 18 warrants? Chocolates take pride in this type of behavior. He's a high value male in the ghetto mindset.
