10. I don’t think you said a single thing that was correct here! The vehicle being unregistered is a traffic infraction, it is going to be impounded until the infraction is resolved. The officer has every right to investigate to determine who the owner is to notify them and at that point the owner shows up, it is now a traffic stop. You do not have the right to refuse to identify yourself at that point, nor do you have the right to interfere with the lawful duties of the officer. In other words: pay your taxes, dopes

37. You fail to mention your car can be unregistered uninsured and have no tags and as long as you weren't driving it and it was parked they have no right to investigate anything

38. I'm pretty sure you don't need a vehicle registered unless you're driving it. I know that's different and apartment complexes where you don't own the driveway. But if you have a vehicle that's put up in the garage that you no longer drive??
