wow this guy somehow became a LT . He doesnt even know what he the 1a and 4a is. I don’t think this guys deserves to be a cop. If he doesn’t know the bare minimum, how can he enforce the laws.

  1. No state in America requires a citizen, or anyone else to show ID just because a cop wants it.

  2. He might not know the constitution but he knows where all the all you can eat buffet located

  3. "We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women are created, by the, you know, you know the thing!"  Joe Biden

  4. So I look into this cause both sides of this is dumb af. So stop and id, is in 24 states, however in that there must be probable cause to warrant the stop, not just to id. If you reek of weed in a state that outlaws it, that's probable cause. If you are trespassing, that's probable cause. If you are walking out of Starbucks with a Bob marley shirt on, that isn't probable cause.

  5. The only solution with the law enforcment is law enforcment. Quran 22:39 Permission [to fight] has been given to those who are being fought, because they were wronged. And indeed, Allāh is competent to give them victory.

  6. Yes there are stop and ID States. Try your little audit games in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri (Kansas City only), Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

  7. Speech, bear arms, freedom of religion, habeas corpus, and I can’t remember the fifth one

  8. How does an officer take an oath to uphold the constitution and knows nothing about constitutional law. that is a major problem in this country.

  9. Yet they swear an oath to protect the people’s rights from the constitution. How the fuck can you do that if you don’t know one thing about it

  10. As of 2023, 26 states have "stop and identify" laws:
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri (Kansas City only), Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
